Beach Formal. For the ladies, think floor-length or midi dresses with a pop of color. For the fellas, think light weight suits and a tie (optional).

We will be outdoors for both ceremony and reception. Make sure to pack your best pair of sunglasses and sunscreen! Laguna Beach in August is typically warm and sunny, with average highs in the mid-70s to low 80s. Evenings can cool off near the water, so consider bringing a light layer.

John Wayne (SNA) airport is a short 20-minute drive to Surf and Sand Resort! Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and San Diego Airport (SAN) are approximately an hour away from the resort.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Free trolley service! Frequency: Every 20-30 minutes Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Uber and Lyft are the easiest transportation options if you are outside the trolley service hours. The town is walkable, especially near the beach and downtown areas.

Here are some of our favorite places to go in Laguna! Good cocktail options include: The Rooftop Lounge or The Cliff. Good Restaurants include: The Ranch or The Loft. Amazing Dessert include: Nicks (Butter Cake) or Gelato Paradiso. Pretty Beaches: Victoria Beach or Table Rock Beach. Great Walking: The Montage Resort or Thousand Steps. Art Gallery: Wyland Galleries (known for the whale eye)

We encourage you to stay wherever you prefer! There are several Airbnb/Vrbo options, as well as hotels nearby. August is peak season, so be sure to book your stay ASAP. A few recommended hotels: Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel, Casa Loma Beach Hotel, Marriott's Newport Coast Villas, Pacific Edge Hotel, Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort and Spa, La Casa Del Camino, Newport Beach and Dana Point are great options as well!
